Homemade lemonade is the essence of summer super-refreshing and chockfull of vitamin C. In our version, Perfect Sweet provides all the sweetness, but fewer calories and carbs than sugar.
Ingredients:

Juice of 4 lemons

1 tbsp Perfect Sweet
-
600ml (1pt) chilled sparkling mineral water
Method:

Place the lemon juice and Perfect Sweet in a pan and gently heat until the Perfect Sweet dissolves

Allow to cool, then stir into the sparkling mineral water and serve
